By signing the above Client Auto Loan Application, you (the Applicant and each additional Co-Applicant) confirm that the information given is true and correct and you understand that it is being used to determine your credit responsibility and to evaluate and respond to your request for vehicle financing. The dealership and/or financial institution is authorized to obtain any information required for these purposes from other sources (including, for example, credit bureaus) and such sources are hereby authorized to provide the dealership or financial institution with such information. You also acknowledge and agree that the information given in the application form as well as other information obtained in relation to your credit history may be disclosed to potential lenders, other service providers, organizations providing technological or other support services required in relation to this application and any other parties with whom you propose to have a financial relationship.
